When individuals get together socially, one person creates an ‘interaction’ within the app, which generates a unique interaction code. Others join the interaction scanning the code to acknowledge they were present. Similarly, users scan as they enter business spaces, shops etc. and note when they leave.
Should a person contract Covid-19, the system analyses their interactions over a set time period and notifies others who may have been exposed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Businesses and how it works”][vc_column_text]Businesses sign up on-line. We charge a modest fee to operate life unpaused™ based on the number of employees in each business.
A business or organization creates Business Spaces, representing defined places people may congregate. These include offices, conference rooms, elevators, theaters, buses, trains, kitchens,churches, or any defined place multiple people regularly congregate. Each space carries a unique code used to log interactions which occur in it. As people enter a space they scan the space code; this automatically associates them to a given time within the space.
The system uses this data to anonymously notify others who may have been exposed should anyone who was in a space become ill with Covid-19.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Privacy & Anonymity”][vc_column_text]At life unpaused™ your privacy is protected. The entire application is secured using the latest encryption technology. life unpaused™ retain the bare minimum of data to set up a unique account, a valid email or cell phone number (Just so we can send you notifications should you become exposed).
life unpaused™ will not use your interaction log data or your Covid-19 status for any other purpose, except to notify others who may have been exposed.
